Madrid Teacher

Here is a story Mr A works near the centre of Madrid where it is possible to park, it is a place which has probably not fallen foul of the Councils parking bye law through the convention of continued usage. The owner of the establishment concerned asked the Council to stop his workers parking there. Now Mr A and others have to spend at least 30 minutes looking for parking or pay. Now I have my moments but b*gger me.
